Clifton Springs’ front beach is a haven for beachgoers and sun lovers alike. The Clifton Springs beach “The Dell” picnic area, located on the Clifton Springs Foreshore, is particularly enticing for visitors to this picturesque seaside location.

Situated on traditional custodian Waddawurrung Country, “The Dell” is a naturally-forming amphitheatre-like structure that features a car park, picnic area, and heritage walking trail.

Even better? The Clifton Springs front beach makes for excellent swimming, and it is a popular swimming spot for locals and visitors to the area alike. As well as this, Clifton Springs Beach is a dog-friendly location, with dogs allowed off-leash on the sand.

Clifton Springs Boat Ramp

The Clifton Springs Boat Ramp is located on Jetty Road in Clifton Springs. It is the ideal location to set sail from, especially if you plan to go fishing!

The facility is in good condition, although it’s important to note that the Clifton Springs Harbour entrance is quite shallow, and entry into the boat ramp area can be restricted by seagrass – especially at low tides.

Claiming to offer the best tennis facilities on the Bellarine Peninsula, the Clifton Springs Tennis Club offers tennis classes and social events for players of all ages!

Two of the Clifton Springs Tennis Club’s courts are proudly made of ‘Plexicushion’ – which is the same material that was used to construct the courts in the Rod Laver Arena. There are also two LED-lit, elite ‘Tiger Turf’ courts on offer. The remaining four courts are ‘plexipaved’.
