Awesome Places I Would Love to Travel To

The world is vast and diverse, with nearly 200 countries to explore. Although I’ve only seen a small part of it, there are lots of places I would love to go to. From ancient archaeological sites to modern cities, there’s so much that fascinates me about our globe. I would love to see some of it in person, even though most of it is so far away that it would be impossible to see everything. I still have some fantasies about where I would go and what I would do if I could just take off and start exploring. Here are some of the top destinations I would visit if I had the time and money.

Patagonia, Chile and Argentina

Patagonia is a region that covers part of both Chile and Argentina, at the southern tip of South America. The main reason I would go there has to be for the pure wilderness and majesty of nature you can find there. It’s an incredible place that you can explore in lots of different ways, whether it’s on foot or in a boat. But if you’re not looking for an adventure, there’s still lots of history and culture to explore. You might be surprised to learn that Patagonia has a Welsh community, even though Wales is thousands of miles away.

Giza, Egypt

There are some places in the world that everyone has to see at least once. I have always wanted to see the pyramids in Egypt, and Giza is where you can see several, plus the famous Sphinx. The pyramids are the only one of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World that’s left standing today. It’s incredible to think about how they were built thousands of years ago. After seeing the pyramids, I would explore the city of Giza and get to know modern Egypt.

Vienna, Austria

If I went to Europe, I would go to Vienna, the capital of Austria. Maybe it seems like an odd choice when I could go to Paris, Rome or Madrid. But there’s so much history and culture to explore in Vienna, and it was once the home of Mozart. I would book a hotel with Venere hotels, then set off to see the city. I think I would head to the MuseumsQuartier first, which is one of the largest arts and culture complexes in the world. It would probably be very hard to leave!

Beijing, China

In Asia, I would head to China. There are so many amazing sites to explore in and around Beijing. I would love to see the Great Wall of China and the Forbidden City. There are lots of places with such great historical and cultural significance. It would be difficult to choose between Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven. I would just have to see them all!

It would be impossible to see everything I want to around the world. But maybe one day I’ll get to visit some of the top places on my list.
